NORWALK - A Norwalk man was arraigned on a slew of charges today, including allegedly trying to run down a police officer with his car last week.

Investigators say Theodore Briggs, 22, was driving the wrong way down a one-way street near the corner of Van Zant Street and East Avenue when he tried to run down an officer who was directing traffic.
