BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport police say they have arrested the man responsible for the city's 18th homicide of the year.

Police say Jamel Russel, 30, shot Voiese Pinn in the face as he sat in a parked car outside the Bishop's Corner cafe on Sept. 8. A child was in the back seat at the time, but was uninjured.

Police believe the shooting was a result of an ongoing dispute.
