WESTPORT - Westport police say a man is facing charges for driving into a restaurant and fleeing the scene.

Police say William Boland, 52, crashed a car into the front of Senor Salsa, looked at the damage and then drove off.

They say a witness wrote down Boland's license plate and gave police his description.

Police say they tracked down the car, which didn't belong to Boland.

Officers say the eyewitness picked Boland out of a photo lineup.
