Man faces charges for armed robbery at body shop

A Bridgeport man is facing charges after police say he robbed an auto body shop at gunpoint.

Police say 19-year-old Demetriuse Geyer is a convicted felon.

BRIDGEPORT - A Bridgeport man is facing charges after police say he robbed an auto body shop at gunpoint.

Police say 19-year-old Demetriuse Geyer is a convicted felon.

According to officials, he robbed Nunes Auto Repair on South Avenue last month.

Police say Geyer is currently behind bars for unrelated charges.

He will appear in court next week.
