A man is dead after a fiery crash along the Wilbur Cross Parkway in Orange.The accident happened just after 9 p.m. Wednesday on the northbound

ORANGE - A man is dead after a fiery crash along the Wilbur Cross Parkway in Orange.

The accident happened just after 9 p.m. Wednesday on the northbound side of the parkway between exits 56 and 57.

Police say 41-year-old Andrew Adam veered off the highway and struck a tree, causing his car to burst into flames.

The parkway was closed for a few hours overnight, but was reopen in time for the morning commute.
