A Bridgeport man was sentenced today to 38 years in prison for shooting a man to death over loud music.Randy Dixon was convicted of killing

BRIDGEPORT - A Bridgeport man was sentenced today to 38 years in prison for shooting a man to death over loud music.

Randy Dixon was convicted of killing Lawrence Acevedo earlier this year.

Acevedo's family says the men got into an argument after Acevedo confronted Dixon about blasting his car stereo.

Dixon's attorney has said he will appeal the conviction.
