WESTPORT - Some Westport residents are upset about a new plan to built a cell phone tower in town.

AT&T has proposed building the tower on Greens Farms Road.

They used balloons this morning to test how the 110 foot tower would look at the site.

Neighbors worry about the impact it will have on the community and the environment.

First Selectman Jim Marpe says no formal application has been filed and he is pressing AT&T and the tower company to pursue other locations.
