Police say three children spotted the body floating in Lake Wepawaug on Saturday.

ORANGE - An autopsy performed on the body pulled from a lake in Orange shows that the man died from drowning.

Police, who have now made a tentative identification of the man, say three children spotted the body floating in Lake Wepawaug on Saturday. 

Crews pulled him out near Grassy Hill Road.

Police say they believe the man had been in the water for a while.
