WESTPORT - The Planning and Zoning Commission is holding a public hearing tonight in Westport to discuss regulations on swing sets.
Cary Moskowitz was told his family's swing set sits too close to the property line because it is considered to be a structure under the a current town regulation.
Officials say the definition was written back in 1978.
The public hearing is being held at 7 p.m. tonight at Town Hall.
The Commission will have 65 days to vote on whether it will amend the definition of a structure.
