NORWALK - The MTA rolled out results from its annual customer satisfaction survey on Metro-North.

Satisfaction went down for rail riders along the New Haven line from 93 percent last year to 89 percent this year.

Winter weather challenges, an aging car fleet and track outages are said to be to blame.

The MTA says it uses the survey information to focus resources on areas that need improvement.
