NORWALK - Officials with Metro-North have announced that service on the New Haven Line is expected to return to normal on Monday.
Crews have finished repairing the failed feeder cable that caused widespread electrical issues for more than a week. Thousands of trains to and from Grand Central Terminal were canceled as a result.
Railroad officials say the cable will be put through a series of tests over the weekend.
