BRIDGEPORT - Full service has resumed on Metro-North this morning.
State transportation crews got trains up and running on a normal schedule today five days after a train collided with an oncoming train in Bridgeport.
Commuters who have been dealing with shuttle buses and disrupted service say they are pleased with the quick progress.
About 70 people were hurt in the collision. Hospital officials say five victims are still being treated, and one of them remains in critical condition.
