GREENWICH - Convicted killer and Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel will be back to court this week to appeal his conviction.

He is serving 20-years-to-life sentence for beating his 15-year-old neighbor Martha Moxley to death in Greenwich in 1975.

Skakel believes his original attorney did not do his job during his murder trial.

He is the nephew of former senator and presidential candidate Robert Kennedy.
