GREENWICH - The Greenwich man who was convicted of murdering his teenage neighbor in 1975 is heading to court today.

Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel is serving 20 years-to-life in prison for beating his neighbor Martha Moxley to death with a golf club when they were 15 years old.

Skakel is arguing that his original attorney, Mickey Sherman, failed to properly defend him during his murder trial.
