MIDDLETOWN - Officials in Middletown say they're looking at the possibility of criminal charges following an explosion at a power plant.

At a news conference Monday, officials said everyone has been accounted for.

Five people were killed and 12 more had to be hospitalized following the blast.

Investigators say they've ruled out intentional sabotage as a cause of the blast, but they haven't ruled out the possibility of criminal negligence.

Police have secured a search warrant for the plant and say the area is being treated as a crime scene until they are finished.
