MILFORD - A Milford man charged with hosting a party attended by two teens who were later killed in a car accident has a chance to wipe his record clean.
Court officials say Jaycen Munro, who was charged with giving alcohol to minors, will enter a six-month accelerated rehabilitation program. If he completes the program, the court will remove the charge from his record.
Munro was charged after providing alcohol to Ashlie Krakowski and David Servin. The two were then struck and killed by a Milford police cruiser going 90 mph.
The officer driving the cruiser, Jason Anderson, has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and has been fired.
