MILFORD - Milford's own Jonathan Quick is on his way to the Stanley Cup Finals.

As goaltender for the L.A. Kings, Quick faced the Phoenix Coyotes last night in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.

The Kings beat the Coyotes 4-3 during overtime.

Quick has been nominated for this season's Vezina Trophy, which is awarded to the best goaltender in the league.

Quick will face off against either the New York Rangers or the New Jersey Devils in Game 1 next Wednesday.
