MILFORD - The lawyer for one of two teenagers killed in a 2009 Milford crash has refused to comment on reports that he settled a case filed against the city. David Servin and Ashlie Krakowski were both killed when their vehicle collided with a police cruiser driven by officer Jason Anderson. Anderson has since been fired from the force and is awaiting trial on manslaughter charges. A settlement briefing filed in Milford probate court shows that the city has agreed to pay $2.5 million to Servin's parents. A similar suit filed by Krakowski's family has yet to be resolved.Lawsuit filed in fatal police crash Share on Facebook Tweet on Twitter
