MILFORD - Milford police have released surveillance photos from the robbery at a Subway restaurant Sunday.

Police say the man came into the shop on River Street, told the worker he had a gun in his backpack and demanded money from the register.

They say the thief then left on a bicycle.

Police describe him as white or Hispanic, around 18 to 20 years old, about 5'9" or 5'10", wearing gray gym shorts with two white stripes, a dark sweatshirt, white sneakers and a Yankees cap.
