MILFORD - The community of Milford is reeling following the stabbing death of Maren Sanchez at Jonathan Law High School today.

News spread quickly of the day’s tragic events. Parents and community members are calling the school stabbing horrifying.

"When you go to school, when you send your kids to school - that should be a safe place," says Holly Hoang. "Not something you have to worry about … it's really scary."

Police are looking into claims that a fellow student killed Sanchez after she rejected his invitation to prom.
