FAIRFIELD - Residents living along Mill Plain Road in Fairfield are worried about an increase in speeders along the road.

Neighbors say the problem of speeding has increased since the Mill Plain Road Bridge reopened in 2011.

They say that some treat the road like a racetrack, doing nearly double the 30 mph limit.

"I call it the Mill Plain Motor Speedway," David Gilbert tells News 12 Connecticut.
