BRIDGEPORT - The mother of a 6-year-old hit-and-run victim from Bridgeport spoke publicly for the first time today about her daughter's recovery.
Yvette Lyons, the mother of Diamond Battle, released photographs showing her daughter's condition.
Lyons says she wants the person who went flying through an intersection and almost killed her daughter on Memorial Day to see the physical and emotional damage that the crash caused.
