STAMFORD - More charges could be filed against a contractor whose worker fell nearly 50 feet to his death last year.

Javier Salinas died in October at the Chelsea Piers construction site on Blachley Road.

The contractor, John Dosky, is accused of not paying Salinas and his brothers for their work.

Labor officials say investigators have applied for a warrant, claiming Dosky hindered the prosecution by failing to hand over documents within the allotted time.
