STAMFORD - Mourners from across the area paid their respects to three Stamford girls killed in a Christmas Day fire at a funeral in Manhattan yesterday.

Friends say the girls' mother, Madonna Badger, broke down several times while delivering the eulogy.

She said her daughters loved to sing and dance, and knows their memories will live on.

Badger's parents were also killed in the blaze.

A private service for all five victims was held following the funeral.
