A Norwalk mother is asking for the driver who hit her 16-year-old daughter on New Year's Eve to turn themselves in.Teanna Escourse was found unconscious

NORWALK - A Norwalk mother is asking for the driver who hit her 16-year-old daughter on New Year's Eve to turn themselves in.

Teanna Escourse was found unconscious along a Norwalk street on New Year's Day.

Police now believe the girl was hit by a black car that sustained heavy damage to its front end.

Police are asking anyone with information to give them a call at 203-854-3051.
