NORWALK - A Norwalk bakery that was closed after an explosion Tuesday has reopened.

The windows of Muro's New York Bakery on Main Street were blown out by the blast Tuesday morning.

Witnesses say there were three quick explosions and one sent a manhole cover into the bottom of a car, lifting it into the air.

Tom Coscia, who was affected by the blast, says that if the glass had blown inside the shop, it would have been much worse.

The blast sent customers, including Coscia, flying off their seats.

Coscia says with all the smoke from the explosion, he didn't know if it was a bomb.

Officials say no one was badly hurt, but Coscia says he has been experiencing back pain and was diagnosed with a concussion by doctors.

Connecticut Light and Power says it is working with Norwalk firefighters to figure out what exactly went wrong.
