BRIDGEPORT - Something fishy just hit the web.

The popular beluga whale exhibit at the Mystic Aquarium launched new web cameras Friday that can be live streamed on the Internet.

Officials say the live stream can serve as a great educational tool for schools. Students at the Barnum Elementary School in Bridgeport were the first class in the state to check out the whales.

The project is sponsored by the Aquarion Company.
