'Naked Man' appears in Norwalk court after stabbing himself

NORWALK - A 31-year-old Norwalk man appeared in court today to face charges regarding a bizarre incident that occurred yesterday.

According to Johnnie Glee's grandmother, he began acting strange in the house he shared with her on Van Zant Street and proceeded to strip naked and stab himself. Eyewitnesses say Glee then ran across the street and crashed head-first into the glass door of the My Place nightclub. Glee was then Tasered by police and taken to the hospital.

Police say they aren't sure what triggered Glee's violent outburst, but believe he may have been high on the hallucinogenic drug PCP.
