DARIEN - Some Darien residents are upset with plans for signs at the soon to open Whole Foods on Ledge Road.

The store wants to install electric signs that would be visible from the highway at the still under construction store.

But some neighbors say those signs would go against the feel of the town.

Plans for the signs will be discussed at a public hearing next Wednesday.
