NEON day care centers remain closed

The anti-poverty agency says its child development programs at both Nathaniel Ely and Ben Franklin schools will be closed again today. (11/13/13)

NORWALK - NEON says its child care centers in Norwalk will remain closed today.

The closure affects the child development programs at the Nathaniel Ely and Ben Franklin schools.

NEON says officials met yesterday with the agency appointed by the federal government to take over the Head Start program.
