NORWALK - The NEON Child Development programs at Norwalk's Nathaniel Ely School and the Ben Franklin Center will be closed tomorrow.

Officials say an update on the status of the agency's child care programs will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.

The agency has been dealing with financial troubles and has appointed a new interim director.

The centers have been closed several times and employees had reported delays getting their paycheck.
