A New Canaan man went before a judge today after police say he whacked his son over the head with a snow shovel.Investigators say Kenneth

NORWALK - A New Canaan man went before a judge today after police say he whacked his son over the head with a snow shovel.

Investigators say Kenneth Klenk got into a verbal argument with his 23-year-old son at his home on Friday morning, and then hit him over the head.

Officials say the victim was treated and released from the hospital.

Klenk is due back in court next month.
