NEW CANAAN - Two men from New Canaan will have to go to court after they had to be rescued from a New York state park.

Police say Sean Greaney, 30, called park police Wednesday after his brother Colin, 22, hurt his shoulder while they were hiking in Storm King Park in Cornwall.

Colin Greaney hurt his shoulder when he fell after they left the path and got stuck on a ledge.

The brothers were cited for leaving the marked trail.
