WESTPORT - Staples High School in Westport has gone beyond the usual options of Spanish and French for its foreign language options. The school is also offering Chinese language classes.

Chris Fray has been teaching the program for three years now. He says some of his students have even traveled to China with impressive results.

About 100 students are enrolled, and school officials say it's been so popular, they're considering expanding the program to the middle school next year.
