NJ arrest linked to golf course thefts in Greenwich, Darien and Stratford

GREENWICH - Police in New Jersey say two men suspected in a series of country club burglaries in southwestern Connecticut and other parts of the tri-state area are now behind bars.

Police say the men are suspected of stealing money, jewelry and credit cards from golf courses in Greenwich, Darien and Stratford.

They say the men dressed as golfers in an attempt to blend in.

Springfield, NJ police say they are in contact with police in Connecticut and are working to link the men to the crimes here.
