No charges after toddler is struck, killed by car

NORWALK - Norwalk police say they will not file criminal charges in connection to the death of a 5-year-old boy last week.

Police say Peter Tinnen Strmiska was hit by a car pulling into the driveway at his home on Wood Acre Road last Thursday.

Police have determined it was an accident.

Calling hours for Peter were held Wednesday evening at Downer Funeral Home in Stamford.

Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at New Beginning Community Church in Darien.
