NORWALK - Officials for Norwalk's anti-poverty agency NEON say they are re-issuing paychecks to employees.

They say paychecks that were issued between Nov. 2 and Nov. 5 bounced.

Officials say NEON employees can bring their original, uncashed paycheck to the Norwalk office at 98 South Main Street after 4 p.m..

They will be issuing new checks for the same amount.
