Norwalk-based NEON day care closed for second day

NORWALK - A Norwalk day care program is closed for a second day today.

NEON officials say it will be closed again.

They left signs on the doors yesterday saying they have temporarily shut down the program because of financial concerns.

Parents say they should have been warned ahead of time.

The closures come after staff did not get paid on Friday.

One works said some workers received their checks last night but other workers say they are still waiting to be paid.
