NORWALK - A Norwalk father went before a judge today after police say he stashed crack cocaine and other drugs in his closet.

Police say they not only found drugs, but also scales and packaging materials inside 27-year-old Anthony Holley's apartment at Norwalk's Monterey Village Housing Complex. They say two of Holley's children also live in the apartment.

Some of Holley's family was in court today and say it is a big misunderstanding and that the drugs and other items do not belong to him.

According to authorities, Holley has a 10-year criminal history prior to his most-recent arrest.

Holley is being held on $250,000 bond.
