NORWALK - A Norwalk flower shop badly damaged in a fire is reopening just in time for Valentine's Day.

Licari Custom Floral Designs by J.P. is now open after a fire damaged the shop in November.

The owner says he is happy to be open at his new location on Chestnut Hill Road.

He says his business was at the previous location for more than eight years.
