NORWALK - A Norwalk man is pleading with the Connecticut Lottery Corporation to allow him to claim a $200,000 cash prize after he says he lost his Powerball lottery ticket.

John Baldino, 58, says he is convinced that the prize money rightfully belongs to him.  He says he remembers the numbers because they each had some kind of relevance.

The Connecticut Lottery Corporation, however, says that winning tickets must be presented in order to claim Powerball prizes, and there are no exceptions to the rule.

Baldino says he's especially disappointed because his son is getting married this weekend and he had planned to give him some of the cash prize as a wedding gift.
