NORWALK - A Norwalk man beat the odds Friday when he bought a winning scratch-off lottery ticket worth $2 million.

Arthur Wargo, a retired postal worker, bought a Big Money scratch ticket from County Mall Variety where he has been buying lottery tickets for years. He received his winnings as a lump sum of $792,414.

Connecticut Lottery says there are still nine remaining $2 million Big Money winning tickets that have yet to be claimed.
