NORWALK - Norwalk Mayor Richard Moccia is running for his fifth term, and this race for re-election may be his toughest one yet.
While Moccia has been running on the successes he's had in the last eight years, he does not have the endorsements of the police and firefighters union like he did last time he won.
Mayor Moccia says he's right for the city's future because he has already proven he can keep tax rates low, maintain the city's AAA bond rating, and strike the right balance between development and open space.

Moccia says his opponent, Harry Rilling, has plans for the city that are unrealistic because he has no way to fund them.
