NORWALK - Norwalk police are warning residents to be on the lookout for coyotes.

The department re-tweeted a picture Monday morning, saying that the animal was recently spotted in a backyard.

Police say coyotes have been spotted in the Wolfpit and Cranbury sections of the city.

They advise people to keep an eye on small pets and children.
