NORWALK - Some Norwalk residents finally got some relief from the snow today as they watched plows make their way down local streets.

Residents on Saddle Road want to know what took the city so long to plow them out. Some said they feel let down by Department of Public Works crews.

Mayor Dick Moccia said today the whiteout conditions and wind drifts delayed the snow removal efforts. He says the city did the best it could.
