NORWALK - Norwalk is using checkpoint to ensure motorists remember to buckle up when they drive through the city.

Police set up their first checkpoint on Westport Avenue Thursday as part of the "Click It or Ticket" campaign. Anyone caught cruising without a seatbelt gets slammed with a $37 ticket.

Several more checkpoints will be set up as part of the campaign through Nov. 29.
