STAMFORD - While many chose to remain indoors, some opted to brave Thursday's storm and go to work and run errands.

Businesses that remained open, such as Remos Brick Oven Pizza on Bedford Street in Stamford, say they had great business today despite the storm.

Total snow accumulations will range from 6 to 12 inches through southwestern Connecticut, with the higher amounts in the north and west.
