MILFORD - A former Milford police officer charged in the deaths of two teens from Orange entered a not guilty plea this morning.

Jason Anderson was returning from a call driving more than 90 mph when his car plowed into one carrying Ashlie Krakowski and David Servin, both 19.

Another officer's dashboard camera recorded the entire crash at Dogwood and Boston Post roads. The camera showed Anderson's speed and the fact that his lights and sirens were not on.
