NTSB releases initial report in East Haven plane crash

EAST HAVEN - Federal investigators have released their preliminary findings on the East Haven plane crash that killed four people.

However, the initial report does not list a cause of the crash.

NTSB investigators say they spoke to a witness who is a pilot.

He says he saw the plane upside down just before it crashed into two homes.

The pilot, his teenage son, and two children in one of the homes were killed in the crash.
