NY, NJ drivers fill up in CT following odd-even rationing

STAMFORD - Southwestern Connecticut gas stations are feeling pressure at the pump as New York and New Jersey drivers make their way to the state to fill up.Out-of-state drivers say they're crossing the border to get gas because of odd-even gas rationing.
